Thank you for your interest in adopting an animal from Central Aroostook Humane Soc

 

If you are interested in one of our available adoptees, please fill out the adoption application below to begin the pre-adoption process and email it to: centralaroostookhs@hotmail.com.

A staff person will be in touch with you as soon as possible to review your Pre-Adoption Survey and give you a call to discuss the next step in the adoption process. We are committed to finding forever homes for as many pets as possible, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we review an incredible number of applications.

Central Aroostook Humane Society

** IMPORTANT ADOPTION REMINDER **

State of Maine law requires that at the time of adoption, animal shelters including Central Aroostook Humane Society collect a $100 refundable spay/neuter deposit on any unaltered adopted animal.  This deposit is held until  proof of alteration by a veterinarian is provided, and must be provided within 4 months of adoption date.
